Working principle
The suppository production process of this equipment is as follows: roll packing material (PVC, PVC/PE) -- welding -- preheating -- blowing bubble forming -- filling -- cooling and shaping -- preheating -- sealing - printing-ripping line -- cutting bottom edge -- drawing top -- counting and cutting -- finished product packaging.
After blow and molding by suppository making machine positive pressure, Rolls of plastic sheet (PVC, PVC/PE) automatically enter into the filling station, uniform mixing liquid automatically fill in the shell through high precision metering device. Then straight into the cooling station, after a certain time of low temperature cooling and shaping, realized the conversion of liquid to solid, it finally achieved solid suppository. The finished suppository is made by preheating, sealing, printing batch number, ripping line, cutting bottom edge, drawing top and counting cutting process.
