Process Flow

Enter the rolling package (PVC, PVC/PE) into the forming area through the clamping mechanism, through preheating mold → heating mold → forming mold → blowing mold → bubble forming. Triangle knife edge cutting technology (cutting bottom edge)→ dotted line cutting (tearing line).
 
Filling
one-time molding suppository for embedded type filling, filling accuracy ±2%, filling material barrel has electric heating insulation system, the top is equipped with a uniform mixing machine to evenly distribute the drugs. The drug in the barrel enters the filling head through the high-precision filling pump, After one filling, the remaining drugs are recycled to the raw material bucket for the next filling.
 
Cooling and Forming
After filling, The whole suppository enters into cooling box, which is equipped with a water chiller outside. The cooling air cools the suppository in the cooling box by the condenser in the cooling box.
 
Sealing and Cut
The cooled solid supposable enters the sealing area: preheat the mold (preheat) → sealing mold (seal) → coding mold (batch number) → hob (trim the upper part) → counting cut
