Introduction
PP IV-Infusion bottle can be produced by one-step injection, stretch and blow molding equipment. It is four-stations type, compact structure, high yield and energy saving. The equipment can also produce two different bottle shaped products at the same time. It is suitable for producing pharmaceutical packing.
Performance:
1. Large one-step ISBM, can be equipped with 28 cavity infusion bottle lifting ring integration and other molds.(According to the customers requirement)
2. The equipment is equipped with 4 motors to drive six oil pumps. The injection molding and movement are controlled separately. The clever oil circuit design saves the actual energy consumption. It also makes the production cycle faster (take the 100ml PP infusion bottle as an example, the production cycle is as fast as 10.5 seconds).
3. More capacity (take 100ml PP infusion bottle as an example, the capacity is up to 9600 bottles/ hour).

5. Adopt advanced PLC computer control system and human interface touch screen button.
6. The first technology, double mold linkage. It can produce two products at the same time, and the applicability is wider.

Advantage
- It adopt double mold linkage. As 100 ml bottle, each side have 14 cavs. The capacity is 9600 bottle/h. It can also produce two different model of bottles at the same time. Here is the capacity of different models.(Only produce one model at one time) 250ml, 500ml (28 cavs): 9600 bottles/h 1000ml (20 cavs): 6800 bottle/h
- The cycle is about 11.5s during the injection part. Each bottle can save 0.5-0.7g. The quality is also better than other machine's.
- Because of the temperature control, the bottle will shrink during injection and blowing. The shrinkage rate is about 7%. Two-step machine's rate is about 20%-25%. The bottle will also shrink during sterilization. This machine's shrinkage rate is lower than others.
- The unique mould design: Bottle and Ring Integration. There is no need to equip a ring-making machine.
- If you want to make a linkage, two additional manipulators should be equipped.
