Introduction
The tunnel oven is mainly applicable to the high temperature drying and sterilization of glass infusion and other medicinal glass bottles after fine washing and before filling. It can complete mesh belt buffering bottle feeding, bottle pre- heating, bottle high temperature drying and sterilization, bottle cooling mesh belt bottle output procedures. The machine adopts PLC and frequency converter to control the main power to open and dose, man-machine interface operation, and can display and store data on the touch screen, in line with the requirements of 2010 version of the GMP.
Performance
- The machine uses new mesh belt, the side stainless steel retaining strips are connected by a chain to avoid deviation and dropout, free of cross-contamination.
- The mesh belt adopts a wide-pitch chain, which can transfer heat more quickly after heating, and can quickly cool down when heat is dissipated to improve the service life.
- Finned electric heating is used; the drawer structure ensures long service life and easy maintenance
- Take the indoor dean air to heat the container, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the bottom by the exhaust fan.
- Set the temperature monitoring points at different positions in the high temperature section, and the temperature of each hot zone is dear at a glance
