Introduction
The equipment is mainly used for cleaning glass bottles in the process of infusion production. It can automatically complete the whole production process from bottle feeding, washing to discharging.
Performance
The manipulator on the main turntable holds the bottleneck and turns the bottle 180°. The needles are inserted into the bottle for tracking and flushing. The clamping manipulator is made of stainless steel and imported silica gel. It does not damage bottles, produce abscission, contaminate medicines and has a long service life. The circulating water nozzle, injection water nozzle and compressed air nozzle for cleaning are completely separated. Each group of spray needles is fixed with only one cleaning medium to completely eliminate cross-contamination. The circulating water, injection water and compressed air used for cleaning are filtered through filters (the filter's accuracy are 10um, 0.22um and 0.22um). The water for injection is used as circulating water after washing bottles by pumps and filters, which effectively reduces energy consumption.
The first step is to spray high-pressure circulating water on the outer wall of the bottle; then the first and second needle groups spray circulating water for bottle mouth; the third group sprays with clean compressed air for bottle mouth; the fourth and fifth groups spray with injecting water for bottle mouth; the sixth group sprays with clean compressed air to exhaust the residual water in the bottle; finally, clean compressed air is sprayed on the outer wall of the bottle to complete the bottle.
Then the manipulator turns the bottle up and sends it out. The bottle puller clamps the bottle to the output track and the bottle enters the next process through the conveying track.
Use water and gas alternately. Six-station (four water and two gas) unique bottle-washing method ensures the cleanliness of the bottle. The residual water in the finished glass bottle meets GMP.
Manipulator holds the bottleneck, with high qualified and efficient bottle washing process.
The replacement specifications are simple and convenient. It only needs to replace the winch, the puller and the fence. The manipulator can be produced in various specifications without changing and it is not easy to break the bottle.
The main drive shaft sleeves are selected by German Igus. The pumps are selected by Southern Special Pump Industry. The sealing part is selected by non-toxic anti-corrosive silica gel. The pipes and components are connected by quick clamps.
The process pipes in contact with injection water and compressed air are all made of 316L stainless steel. The other exterior parts are made of 304 stainless steel and non-toxic, non-corrosive materials, which meet GMP.
