Introduction
The machine is suitable for the filling and sealing of other plastic bottles or glass bottle liquid preparations such as liquid syrup, mixture, oral liquid, lotion, disinfectant and water repellent for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, beverage and other industries. It is especially suitable for product cleaning and disinfecting (microbial, colony group control), and can be combined with automatic bottle arranging, bottle washing, baking (for glass bottles), lamp inspection, labeling and other single unit synthesis production line. It is used for automated in-line production of various specifications, multiple varieties

Performance

1. The material pipe line system has a simple structure and operation datamation. The parameter setting is completed in the man-machine interface, which can be exported to the production or quality management through network or USB.
2. Online cleaning and sterilization (CIP/SIP) can be realized to completely solve the standard exceeding problem of microbial and colony group in each material pipeline.
3. Cleaning and sterilization (CIP/ SIP) is carried out in a dosed environment. After completion, the material pipeline is not in contact with the extremal space. It ensures the sterility after SIP and minimizes the risk of human and space pollution.
4. The end of the cleaning and sterilization pipeline can be connected to the conductivity and cold spot detection points online to achieve real-time online monitoring and data printing.
5. High filling accuracy<+ 1.0%, less material residue after production, only about IL, which improves the yield and reduces the cost.
6. After filling, the filling head is vacuumed to eliminate dripping and ensure product quality.
7. Translational cap feeding, the front and rear vertical cover are taken the accuracy of the cover alignment without hurting the cover.
