Introduction
Applicable to inner and outer wall cleaning of transfusion glass bottle in pharmaceutical factories and hospitals. With other single machine, it can compose big linkage production line for transfusion and can also be used alone to clean glass bottles.

Performance
Use the cavitation of ultrasonic wave to clean the inner and outer walls of bottles. It does not need to consume lye or use brush, which reduces the production cost. The cleanliness of bottle washing is much better than other washing methods.
The roll-feeding structure can significantly increase the output and reduce the impact force between bottles.
Lateral bottle feeding can ensure that the bottle is fully filled with water in the cleaning tank. The machine constantly adjust the angle of the bottle during the cleaning process to ensure that there is no dead angle in ultrasonic cleaning.
It has simple structure and meet a variety of specifications.
Using ultrasonic cavitation to wash bottles can effectively clean the residual particles and oil contamination on the inner and outer surfaces of glass bottles.
The power of the ultrasonic generator can be adjusted according to the specifications and production capacity of the bottle. The digital temperature controller can control the temperature of the electric heater in the water tank to ensure that the ultrasonic cleaning temperature is controlled in the range of 40-60 ºC.
Normal water instead of alkaline water can reduce energy consumption, which is conducive to environmental protection. Cleaning liquid can also be replaced according to different bottle materials. A cleaning mouth is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank to facilitate timely cleaning sediments in the tank.
The machine has simple operation and maintenance, convenient installation and replacement of specifications, using cam indexing mechanism manufactured by professional manufacturers to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
